AMFAY SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Average Delivery Time
- Once an order is placed, we take 1 - 3 working days to process it. Orders placed during the week are processed with in one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may take a little longer.
- Once processed, your order will be dispatched, and delivery takes an average of 8 - 12 working days.

Placing an Order
Ordering at AMFAY is simple:
- Go to the product page and add your desired product to the cart by clicking on "Add to cart".
- Ensure that you have selected the correct variant before proceeding.
- Click on "Proceed to checkout".
- On the Information page, enter the correct address details. Verify the details before proceeding.
- Click "Continue shipping".
- On the Dispatch page, confirm your address details.
- Click "Proceed to payment".

Once the payment method is selected, click "Complete Order" to proceed. Follow the instructions to finalize the order.

Shipping Costs
We cover 100% of the shipping costs for every order. There is no minimum order requirement.

To keep prices fair, we collect parcels in large quantities before shipping them together once we reach our minimum quantity. We appreciate your patience and understanding in supporting our sustainable shipping process.

Returns & Cancellations
For returns, please refer to our AMFAY Return Policy.
If you wish to cancel your order, note that once an order is in transit, cancellation is not possible. You must wait to receive the item and then initiate a return process.
For the fastest processing, please send us a shipping confirmation once you have returned your package.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
